First is the prescreening phone interview, you receive an email asking what time you prefer and you wait for the nurse educator to call you at that specified time. The phone interview lasted 15 minutes and consisted of questions such as "tell me about yourself", "why the OR", and various behavioral/scenario questions. After the phone interview they will express whether or not you are invited to the unit for a tour and in person interview. The in person interview is panel style.
