Initial communication to contact by HR for position applied to about one month. 1st interview by phone since with manager and asst. manager since applyiing from out of state. Contact by email within 3 hours by HR interest in 2nd, in person, panel interview. Flew to 2nd interview, panel 4 colleagues plus managers. 3xplained requirements for position. Panel asked about specific experience especially TPN. Offered position within the week. Had a wait a few weeks for orientation date.
