Brief in person interview with owner and another senior staffer. The interview was fairly informal. I was asked some technical questions. There was a great concern towards customer service and making certain I wouldn't show which political party I supported. The whole interview process probably took two hours. After I was hired it was as a temp employee. They use that as a means to test you before offering a full time position.
