The first round of interviews for the new graduate nurse residency program is with HR who will then review your candidacy and set you up with nurse managers for a panel interview if you are chosen. If you make it to the second round panel interview, you and another candidate will answer questions asked by nurse managers and other nursing staff. The questions will assess clinical knowledge
