I had a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter advanced me to the next step, which was to be interviewed by a Hopebridge manger. The Hopebridge manager asked questions about what experiences I had working with children. The manger also wanted to know how I worked with children who were nonverbal. After the interview, the manger allowed me to job shadow for roughly 15 to 30 minutes.

Interviewer was nice and respectful. The job was explained. I don't feel like the benefits and pay were discussed well. It was too easy and not enough qualifying questions. The role difficulty wasn't fully explained.
