Disorganized! After a recruiter "found" me on Linked In, I was bounced between different individuals / leaders - none of them seemed to know what job I was applying for, who had I had talked to previously, or what they wanted to achieve during the interview. On top of that, they asked VERY pointed interview questions that prevented me from providing insight into my professional experience and fit.
