There are 3 rounds of interviews in total. The 1st round includes a written test and a group discussion. The written test tests on both of your English and Chinese writing skills. The 2nd round is a panel interview with 5 heads of departments (1 is the HR). The interviewers are generally nice, but the questions are quite technical and broad, involving linked exchange rate system, interest rate raise, and banking regulation.

First round is written test, second round is group discussion and finally panel interview. The final panel interview will ask questions about your answer in written test so you should be prepared for that topic.
