I was interviewed by 3 PP&C Managers. They ask me about my resume and basic questions. Most of the questions were scenario based. The interview only lasted for 45 minutes. Make sure you answer honestly and make sure you answer every scenario based question with a logical solution.

The process went relativity quickly. I applied online and received a phone interview. I thought it was going to be a intro interview, but it turned out to be very in depth. They asked a number of questions directly related to the role (fortunately I’ve done similar jobs). However, they were very respectful and answered my questions honestly — I asked rougher questions about their diversity initiatives, changes they made since the George Floyd protests, etc. The company itself seemed to have taken the events of 2020 very seriously.
