I applied online through their recruitment website. The process was simple and straightforward. I was emailed to invite me to an interview via Zoom. The manager and line manager were friendly and welcoming. Very relaxed interview. I was then informed via phone call that I had passed the first interview and was invited to a face-to-face interview at their main office in Stoke. Again, it felt like an informal chat than an interview which really helped with the nerves.
