The interview process was five hours long. Meeting with various team members and then spending 45 minutes whiteboarding a methodology of how you would conduct and execute a research plan. The exercise felt like something they downloaded off of the internet since no research team currently exists. They want to know every little detail of your plan (which is a bit shady) to ensure you're the right fit.
