Invited me for an interview the very next day, and asked the usual 'can you think of a time when...' questions. These always throw me because of course I don't remember every tiny interaction I've had at previous jobs; I'm not a robot and I had no time to prepare. I must have come across poorly because they never even bothered to send a rejection email. Disrespectful.
