First, I applied online and they called me for an interview. There were other candidates. I met two managers and they interviewed. They explained different responsibilities and expectations and asked about my previous work experience, its pros, cons and contacted my references.

Very easy, the manager asked me a couple of questions about my availability and some interview questions. Felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. It was between 15-20 minutes
Very good, friendly, make the usual questions. Nothing difficult, last 20/30 minutes. Explained the job responsibilities, salary, schedules and hours, the difference between the jobs in low season and in the high season
