Strength based questions followed by competency based questions that are assessed based on the civil service behaviours - Deliver at pace, making effective decisions, communicating and influencing. It started with the strength-based questions, which are not to be STAR answers and then 1-2 questions for each of the behaviours that they are assessing. At times they may intervene, and ask follow up questions.

The interview took place online, om teams. The panel consisted of 3 ppl and they asked me set questions based on the role. The interview seemed quite cold and rigid and it took too long to here back from them.
