The procedure of recruitment started with group discussion round. Out of every 20 members 2-3 were selected on an average. So 84 people were qualified for the 2nd round which was interview. It was taken by HRs in college itself. Total 20 people were qualified. These people faced the Skype interview with the CEO and 5 were finally selected. The company people were free and maintained professionalism.
