The interview process took six weeks months for me. Four weeks after I submitted my application to hear back from the office manager. Then, two weeks to do the interview. Standard interview questions were asked. I sat in the boss' office and was interviewed by two people. The questions were primarily behavioral and not technical. The body language from one individual made me feel like they weren't engaged with the conversation. At one point, I felt disrespected by a comment made towards me and did not wish to proceed further in the process. I thanked them for their time and left shortly thereafter.
