The first interview was a screening call with the recruiter (30 minutes). The second interview was one week later with the hiring manager (1 hour), this had a fair amount of Q&A. The third and final interview was 2 weeks after the HM interview with the next-level manager (30 minutes), this was more of a discussion. This was right before Christmas, so I did not hear back on the final decision until early January. Everybody I interviewed with was friendly and positive.
