Three phone interviews during the course of three weeks, after each round I had to follow up because no one kept me in the loop. Finally I get the dreaded canned email from HR saying "we've gone with someone better qualified" Oh yeah? How RUDE can you get? I think a phone call would have been appropriate considering how much time and effort was given... Shame on HR for this one....
