I was sat in the breakfast room and shortly joined by both the general manager and front desk supervisor. After the normal questions, they asked what I would say my best and worst qualities were. They asked if I'd be willing to work holidays and overnights. At the end of the interview and a bit of chatting, they told me they had more people to interview (I don't think they did) and would call me. I think two days later I was called and offered the job, providing I would work on Christmas Eve.

Simple Interview mainly to have a fell of your personality and experience. Company is laid back and more interested of the personality of the applicants. Family owned business and involved on a day to day activities.
