It was brief and to the point. I was highly disappointed to find out that with a low pay there tips were basically taken by other employees. Ive been in them hotel business for 10 years and theres no way they should not be walking out with anything everyday. The point of a low min wage is thatbyour tips should make your wage average out to at least 12$ an hour. The girls are gusting there butts for next to nothing. Be prepared to work long hard hours for next to nothing.

Polite, Easy going and honest. Asked about my experience in work and if i had done this sorta job before. But i was willing to try it out and give this a go if successful.
