I went through a recruiting agency which I would not recommend to anyone. There are quality jobs offering the same or more pay posted on kijiji and indeed. My first interviews were with Robert Half International. Those were OK. It is more of a meeting than an interview. My interview at Lafarge was also OK. There were not many difficult questions although I should have asked more questions because I found out my role had not been clearly defined prior to my employment. That makes it difficult to exceed expectations when someone does not know what the expectations are.
