The actual process lasted about 3 weeks with 3 interviews (hiring manager, CFO and finally co-founder) - but with limited availability for the managers regarding the actual schedule of the meetings, so it was hard to schedule them. Then after the final round I was left waiting for over 20 days (with at least 2 follow up mails in between) before saying no. Disappointing for a process I put too much energy on.
