Applied online. Fairly typical application process. Was contacted weeks later for a phone interview. After the initial phone interview, was scheduled to come in basic technology testing - this turned out to be a long interview with multiple people in-office, as well as online. Was then scheduled to come in again for another round of interviews with multiple people (online and in person). After the month+ process and everything that went into it (typical thank you letter sent after, follow up email, etc), I never heard from the organization again. Pain in the behind and an incredible waste of time.

Tell us about a time that you were in conflict, or had a problem, with a direct supervisor.
I had two separate interviews- one in person and one via phone. Group interview via Zoom/ video. Both experience and situational questions. Some random things were asked . Not skills based whatsoever. I was originally contacted by a recruiter

Very good communication up front. They contacted me rather quickly after applying online via the Hogan website. The process seemed disjointed after that. There seemed to be too many cooks in the kitchen for a job I was easily qualified for. I felt like they didn't think I could do the job when it was about 1/10 of the job I was presently doing. There were too many emails, phone calls and all of which resulted in offer which was then rejected after speaking with the incorrect boss at my current job. Put me in a really bad spot at my current employer. Very disappointed with the whole interview process.
