Went to what was supposed to be a job fair but it had been canceled without notice. Was instructed to go to store location that was under construction and turn in resume etc... was called and several weeks later for a basic interview. Then recalled and asked to come in on very short notice several weeks after that...at a location over a hour away. My resume and original interview had been clear that I was a full time employee at an other store but they were very insistent on interviewing. I declined because it would have meant calling in to my job on no notice. I ended up getting yet and other call from a different manager a few weeks after that. This time I was able to go in for an interview. The store was still under construction and in the middle of being set up. There seemed to be little communication between the different managers...interview was standard but manager seems taken aback by my questions (basic questions on what was expected on the part of frame manager and how they related to store management as what kind of volume they worked with...) He didn't seem to care about experience and offered the job BUT only if I quit my current job without notice. Also he was unclear about what position they would offer once store was open.
