1) An informal video call with Talent Acquisition 2) Coding challenge to prepare and share 3) Video interview with Lead Engineer and CTO explaining the challenge 4) Get an offer

I applied on linkedIn, the whole process was very slow starting from HR as she take lots of time to reply sometimes, so the process started with initial call asking some basic questions like experience,past work,what kind of team you are looking for,why hobbii etc .After this second interview was scheduled which was a video call by One technical guy and the HR herself and some same questions were there as in first round and few technical questions but i did not think the technical guy was that good in knowledge and overall result is not based on your knowledge and experience which i found very unfair they just talk to people and decide, it will not matter to them how much good you are in your field and after few weeks they say they talked to other candidates and they proceeded with them but position is still open.I regret wasting my time with them.
