The first interview itself was a very casual conversation about my background and the duties of the job. There were no "curveball" questions, and he didn't even ask me if I spoke Spanish! The second interview was very short and much more formal, but again nothing weird. The only difficult thing about the interview process was that the people who contacted me via email to set up the meetings were not the same people I spoke with, and I never got full names or contact information from the actual interviewers. So I ended up sending my thank-you note to the wrong people and hoping it ended up at the right place.
