At any given time I knew exactly where I stand, I was given timely feedback, and each successive round of interviews built on the one before in accretive ways. I could tell Hireology leverages an experience design framework where a candidate should go through a set of carefully defined steps that are rewarding & uplifting regardless of the outcome. Separately, both HR and Senior Leadership conducted themselves according to Hireology's values which are a living & breathing framework practiced daily. The specific interviews I went through were a mix of phone calls, in-person conversations, and a presentation specific to the executive nature of the role.
