Terrible. I read a review before going to the interview saying this company does not hire men. I can verify that to be true. When I got to the interview, I was greeted by 2 employees who immediately started asking every question you should NOT ask an applicant. (I.E. are you married?, Do you have kids?, Etc.). My interview was scheduled for 9 am. At 9:15, I was notified that the manager wasn't even there. She eventually strolled in at 9:25. When she came in, I was put in a room and set up on a zoom call with 2 other women from their HQ. The manager just sat off camera not paying attention at all. The interview with the women from HQ was standard, however I found it very odd when they made the comment, "Would you feel weird knowing you would be the only male in our company?". Really baffled me since their website boasts on their diversity and how large of a company they are. When the interview was over, the manager told me I would hear something by the end of the week (which I did not) and that I could reach out to her with any questions (which was hard since she gave me no contact info for her). Long story short, if you're a male, they are most likely interviewing you to reach a quota for their "diversity".
