Submitted an application and got an email about setting up a 30min phone call as an introductory screening interview. Very pleasant and professional, questions were very standard and mostly behavioral or asked to go into detail about past work experience and other resume items.

First Round: Phone Screen with company recruiter.
Second Round: In-person interview, met with 4 members of the team. An associate, a VP, and two Managing Directors. Mostly behavioral questions.
Third Round: Online excel modeling test.
Fourth Round: Lunch with the team to assess fit.

Phone Screen followed by an in-person interview with the MD, VP's, & Analyst. Next round is a case study centered around excel modeling for a real estate development. Then a casual meeting to check for personality fit.
