They looked at my resume, asked about my experience with hotel guest. They also describe the work atmosphere, and expectations up their employees. The manager with whom I interviewed called me back the next day to fill out paper work and to meet the GM.

Just discussed relevant experience. Very easy interview, more of a quick chat where the interviewee asked about previous roles and reason for leaving whilst looking at your CV. Interviewee didn’t explain about the role really.
