The interview was a Panel Interview. I walked into a conference room with three people. The interview was a behavioral interview, not a stress interview. It lasted approximately 45 minutes. Each person on the panel got to ask questions.
The interview process was an easy and a steady process, The questions were very fair and non-discriminatory. All questions pertained to the role and experience. Interviewer was professional and friendly.
The interview process was well-structured and allowed me to share my experiences clearly. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a good understanding of the role and organisation. Relatively ok interview process
