I filled out the online application and attached my resume. The next day, I was sent a request for a "video interview" . Basically its a pre recorded list of question, you are asked one at a time. You have limited time to prepare and then limited time to video record your answer to the question. It was a bit akward to me, as I have never had that experience, the time is limited, and you can not re record, so when your nervous its pretty frustrating. They sent me an email that someone will contact me, but I'm seeing many who said they completed theirs a couple weeks ago and still haven't heard.

First applied online then asked to do a virtual interview within one day of applying. I completed the virtual interview which included both a video skype type question and answer phase (which were pre-recorded questions), and then basic questions you had to choose multiple choice answers for. Within a week I was asked to do a second virtual live interview with a recruiter. The live virtual interview was very nerve wracking for me, but the interviewer put me at ease right away. It was a strange experience for me because I never interviewed this way before, but once I got used to it I was totally comfortable. There were no surprise questions just basic questions you get in any interview like what you would do in certain situations etc. I think the key to getting a second interview is remember it's a sales position so be sure to focus on sales as well as good customer service. Another thing is to be upbeat and positive.
