The phone interview was to test knowledge of company and phone personality skills, over the computer they conducted an average personality and math test also testing the soft ware of your devices with an interactive activity, and a timed video/essay interview to preview you as an employ and your general response to complications - all from the comfort of your home.

The interview process was very quick. Filled out application on a monday and on the next day i recieved and email telling me that i had to schedule for a skype interview. The interview was done thru hirevue, something totally new for me. They want people that are good in sales and know how to handle differ scenarios, ex. Handling an irritated customer bc u will be dealing with all sorts of people.
