I ended up meeting with the recruiter twice (such an amazing recruiter), the team manager, the team's two project managers, the Director, and the team's VP (in total 6-7 times over 12 weeks). All individual interviews were extremely positive, but the job was changing each time I met with them as they all had different goals and were not in alignment with one another. These changes encompassed the actual title changing, going from "Remote" to "On-Site" 100% of the time, offering a package in the early stages to then not offering one, and more. Despite my initial interest, I ultimately declined the role as it had changed so much from interview #1 to interview #7. AND I was dragged along for 12 weeks in a recruiting process.
