Two half hour interviews with HR Directors. Each interviewers asked behavioral questions regarding leadership, service, and personal values. Each interviewer asked for specific circumstances of when you displayed the specific trait or behavior. Although friendly, the interviewers are very analytical and are measuring your reactions and display of honestly carefully

The initial interview involves a simple HireVue which is rather annoying, but not difficult.
The next stage is an interview weekend where you are invited to a resort property with other candidates and managers and go through several stages of interviews. These include a role play, team exercise, one-on-one interview (with set questions), and an HR interview
