Interview with three staff members. You'll interview with the manager and two staff members. They'll all ask questions about your education level, past jobs, and your worst/best customer experience. Once the questions are answered you'll take a tour of the property and time to ask any questions you have as well.

Phone screening the first round, asked to come in for an in person interview, went there and got completely forgotten about, no email, phone call after a week but wasn't worth my time.

Easy and outgoing and kind of informal. Gives you a friendly vibe, thus reducing your interview nervousness. I would suggest finding a comfortable position, making eye contact, and then ensuring you think carefully before you begin to answer.
