Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Hilton (Dallas, TX)
Entrevista
Was contacted by an internal recruiter at Hilton regarding the position. After a phone interview my resume was forwarded to the hiring manager and an interview scheduled within a week or so. The interview was very much about my background and expertise for the role and just understanding if there was a good fit.
Followup interviews were scheduled for the final candidates about 2 weeks later. I met with three different people for 2 hours total. They were on a very set schedule, so when their time was up the next person moved in, regardless of where you were in the questions. One of the interviewers was more interested in quizzing me about what I knew about Hilton rather than learning about my background, while the others were interested in my workstyle, how I handle shifting priorities, lead teams, etc.
Overall, I think this would have been a good opportunity. I would apply again in the future.

Entrevista
Interviewer did not seem interested, and seemed very judgemental. Constantly kept giving me dirty looks every time I answered a question she asked. Questions that were asked were quite vague and were very difficult to answer

Entrevista
I met with a recruiter followed by two interviews with the hiring manager and member of sales team that I would be working with directly. Very transparent about the process.

The interview process was positive and insightful. It was professional and welcoming, which helped me feel at ease from the beginning. The questions were well-structured and relevant to the role, covering both my professional background and how I would handle specific scenarios. I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the company’s goals and upcoming projects vision, especially in Saudi Arabia. Overall, it felt more like a constructive conversation than a strict evaluation, and it reinforced my interest in being part of the team.
