Solicité el puesto en persona. El proceso duró más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Hilton (Edgewater, NJ) en feb 2020
Entrevista
Interviewer called me at 9am on a Sunday which I thought odd but let it go. I left a voicemail that following Monday and didn’t get a call back until Friday which is still reasonable. We agreed on an interview date and time. When I arrived, Interviewer had me waiting for an hour past interview time. She apologized joking she needed more help and this the position. Completely unprofessional. When she finally came she brought me to her office and asked me to fill out a paper employment application before we began. The application asked if I had ever been convicted of a crime. I haven’t but this question is illegal to ask before an offer which was another red flag. When we interviewed it was clear that she didn’t even review my resume before and I was clearly overqualified. I wouldn’t have been interested either way due to all the practices above but I was very disappointed to waste hours of my day.
The interview process was an easy and a steady process, The questions were very fair and non-discriminatory. All questions pertained to the role and experience. Interviewer was professional and friendly.
The interview process was well-structured and allowed me to share my experiences clearly. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a good understanding of the role and organisation. Relatively ok interview process
Also known as a pre-interview, the first usually begins with a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager. The interviewer typically asks questions about the candidate's qualifications, skills, work history and relevant experience. They also try to determine if a candidate would be a good fit for the company culture.
