The process was lengthy, it took almost 2 months; I didn't like the idea of a recorded interview, they use an app for it, you get asked multiple (written) questions with a time limit. Personally I find it harder to awkwardly look in the camera and answer HR questions with a very tight time limit. The process starts from the first filtering, then taking some tests according to the position you're applying for (for me it was: numerical test, verbal reasoning test, and mechanical test) then the recorded interview and finally the real interview.
