The interview process was very simple. We went in as a group and they have questions on problem solving on the computer. The process is not difficult, everything is done on the computers and they are simple question. They ask how you would deal with a customer who is upset and unhappy with their reservation. They also show you how to suggest upgrades and give the client the best customer service possible.
