I recently went through an initial interview with Hilton for a role that was described as a high-priority hire. While the 45-minute conversation was standard, the process unfortunately stalled without any further communication or a formal rejection following the interview on March 26. While I understand hiring volumes are high, a company of that caliber should ideally have automated systems in place to keep candidates informed. Based on this lack of transparency, I’ve decided to withdraw my interest in pursuing future opportunities with them.
