It was done over the phone first and i had three rounds of interviews, the first with the talent acquisition team, the next round was with the team lead and the last was with the team lead and his manager. Then a month later I was informed that they would not proceed with hiring.

Long process. Takes 3-4 months to get an offer in hand. multiple level of interviews and very high expectation from interviewers. scenario based questions and very details explanation is required.
