It included a discussion about my background, past development projects, backend and full stack experience, and how I approach problem-solving. The interviewer also asked about my experience with .NET, APIs, databases, cloud services, and production support. Overall, the process was professional and gave me a clear understanding of the role expectations.

A more knowledgeable or specialized interviewer would help candidates present their experience more effectively. Overall, the process would benefit greatly from clearer structure, more role-relevant technical questions, and better alignment between the panel’s expertise and the job expectations.
