All in all, this took 3-4 months, was a hassle, took up hours of my time and yielded nothing. Those who currently work at Hillspire view their process as "one of their most important priorities" and claim their "comprehensive process" reflects this. All their process does is disrespect candidates and drag people along "just in case" they decide you're their perfect match.
