Numerous interviews. Had to complete a PowerPoint project providing all my ideas for what they should do to build their claims department. Higher ups came off disinterested and arrogant. Marty was great though and seemed kind. Was told at the end of the interview “we learned a lot”. Felt very taken advantage of like I was just there for my ideas and not really as a candidate for the role. My advice: you’re new - be humble and gracious you won’t get anywhere thinking you know everything and everything your doing is the best
