Solicité el puesto en persona. El proceso duró más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Hibu (Evansville, IN) en feb 2013
Entrevista
Met half way at McDonald's, she 100 questions, wrote answers down that I couldn't see, then I had to meet for a second interview (and reviewed The same exact questions), I went through a telephone interview, THEN, had an offer letrer with a plethora of documents to fill out and respond by certain dates.
I thought the interview went great. Jeanette did a great job giving me the rundown of what Hibu was all about. I appreciated her questions, and she really wanted to hear from me and why I wanted to join the company.
Jeanett, the hiring manager, was professional. Hibu seems like a good place to work. I would like to pivot and gain more marketing experience. I may have a better opportunity after I complete some additional training.

Tell me about yourself.
Why do you want to work here?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Made it to round three. They already have five members in Washington. Keep in mind all leads are outbound meaning you eat what you kill. They are keen to coach you on your weaknesses and share more insight on their sale strategy. Overall, initial recruitment is kinda get you in the door. After that it’s really personality based.
I brought up the fact that minimum salary in WA is $77k+ and that the base salary of $51k was questionable. Basically, it’s not even paying bills and that was “off-putting” for the last round. Digital Marketing is a new field and their product line is sort of basic to say the least.
