The first of two interviews was performed via phone and/or Skype. The second interview was performed on-site by Operations Manager and Chief Engineer. The first interview was very intense and extremely uncomfortable. The second interview, however, was more relaxed, informative and engaging. The Operations Manager and Chief Engineer were very forthcoming in describing the job details and responsibilities. They were instrumental in providing the necessary requirements of the position and were very helpful regarding the clarity of company operations. They gave me an informative tour of the facility and readily answered any questions I had about the equipment and its functions as it relates to the applying position. Overall, the experience was the one of few good memories I have of the entire work experience at Hibernia Networks.
