The most difficult part of the interview was its organization. Recruiters respond to your messages very slowly, despite the fact that they initiated the conversation. My interview experience was very confusing. I got the impression that the interviewers were trying not to understand my level of knowledge, but not to look stupid. After I answered their question, they rephrased it and asked it again. This creates unnecessary confusion. In the end, they consider the question unanswered due to the fact that you begin to distrust yourself, since you realize that you have already answered this question (the answer to the original question and the answer to the final rephrased question were the same)
