I interviewed for a SDET role The interviewer asked several scenario-based questions covering Playwright, TypeScript, sprint planning, day-to-day Agile activities, and techniques used to estimate and manage timelines. The discussion was engaging and relevant to the role. Based on the first round, I was scheduled for a second-round interview with the HR ("Nikita Jain"). However, one day before the interview, it was cancelled without any prior communication. I reached out via phone and email to understand the reason and seek clarification, but I did not receive any response. While interview schedules can change, the lack of communication was disappointing and reflected poorly on the hiring process. Candidates invest significant time preparing for interviews and deserve timely updates when plans change. Even a brief notification or explanation would have demonstrated professionalism and respect for the candidate's time.

Nothing. They don’t even care about the candidate experience. If you are really looking for job try another company. If you want to try go ahead please. Data extracting and large amount of data manipulation only knows when anyone works with in the company.
