Quick and short (first) interview with the manager. A bunch of question are fired off in quick succession. Then you'll have the chance to ask back questions. At the end the manager will let you know whether you've passed to the next interview. All within 15 minutes. The funny thing is that I passed the first interview, only to get an email the next day saying that I didn't. I've no idea what happened...
