I went through two interview rounds, which were fine on the surface, but the overall experience didn’t leave a great impression. The office felt pretty cramped, and something about the leadership dynamic seemed off. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication after the final interview. No follow-up or update at all, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. This might be more tolerable for someone early in their career, but more experienced candidates will likely find the lack of communication and overall environment frustrating.
